Yonhap News Agency reported that Samsung’s device solutions department is in charge of the chip business, and it is rumored that it has recently established a foundry R&D center to strengthen its strength in this area. The device solutions department originally had 8 R&D centers, including memory, System LSI, semiconductor, packaging, LED, production technology, software, and panels.
